Fun story: my foray into bright eyeshadows started with yellow and orange – specifically via Sugarpill and their amazing eyeshadows that I swear are infused with CRACK! I adore how flame tones look with my brown eyes, so I like to wear them as much as I can. Add to that; I’m really into the whole faux freckles… so this look happened. speckled-sunshine-freckles-makeup-tutorial-ohjaechaos

I think that this look is excellent both for Summer and for Fall…don’t you? I mean, makeup is an all year affair if I have, to be honest.

I like how the tutorial came out, aside from the multiple freckle fiascos with the new brush. I am hopefully getting the hang of everything… even though I have a few more kinks to work out as far as editing and filming goes. I am far more comfortable behind a camera, rather than in front of it, but… c’est la vie.

Be sure to go and subscribe to my lil’ babe of a YouTube channel… I am gearing up for HALLOWEEN… and you know what that means. It’s about to get awesome!

  1. I so miss my childhood freckles. I am so stoked freckles are in fashion but yours are the first faux ones I’ve seen that made me want to try ’em. Can I just shout thank you for your tutes? It’s so nice to see I’m not the only goofball and I’m always inspired after watching one. 🙂

    • I have a few freckles on my face, but they are very faint – aside from one or two, so I was stoked when freckles came back in style. I’ve got a tutorial for 3 different ways to create the faux look, which should be on the Tubes in early October if life goes according to plan.

You are seriously one of my favorite people on the Interwebs, I hope you know that… and if you didn’t already – now you do! Thank you for always kicking ass and being awesomesauce.

And yes, you are not the only goofball… goofballs have the most fun.
